qovla LLC (“qovla”, “we”, “us”) is committed to making our website at qovla.ai and our product ReplyHOA at replyhoa.com (together, the “Services”) accessible and usable by everyone, including people with disabilities.

Our conformance goal

We aim to conform to level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, a set of internationally recognized standards for making web content accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities. WCAG 2.1 Level AA is also the standard most commonly referenced under U.S. accessibility expectations. We treat accessibility as an ongoing effort and continuously work to improve our Services.

What we do

Examples of the steps we take to support accessibility include:

  • Building pages with semantic HTML landmarks (header, main, footer) and a clear heading structure;
  • Providing a “skip to content” link so keyboard users can bypass repeated navigation;
  • Designing for sufficient color contrast for text and user-interface components;
  • Avoiding reliance on color alone to convey meaning or status;
  • Supporting keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators;
  • Respecting user preferences such as reduced motion; and
  • Masking sensitive input fields in session recordings to protect user content.

Third-party content

While we strive to ensure accessibility across the Services, some content may be provided by third parties or embedded through integrations that we do not fully control. We are not responsible for the accessibility of third-party websites we link to, but we welcome reports so we can review and improve where we can.

Known limitations

Accessibility is a continuous process. Despite our efforts, some parts of the Services may not yet be fully optimized for assistive technology. We are actively working to identify and address these gaps.
